About Laura Brescia

Laura BresciaLaura is a trained and accredited executive coach who specialises in combining a classic coaching approach with creative thinking techniques to bring about change and enhance performance at work.

Her creative skills are built on substantial experience in marketing management, on academic foundations in Human Resources management and a multicultural life and work experience.

Laura had the privilege to work in organisations such as Procter&Gamble and Danone Dairy Company. As a Marketing Manager she led multifunctional teams across Europe; contributed to define clear vision, goals and plans for existing and new products; she developed talents.

Her desire to better understand behaviour at work has guided her to take first an MSc in Organisational Psychology (Human Recourses Management) from the University of London, and then a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC (The Academy of Executive Coaching, London, UK).

Born and raised in Italy, Laura has so far lived in 7 countries and 9 different cities around the world and she is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish. The continuous exposure to different cultures and environments equip her with the ability to leverage diversity, to think in unconventional ways, to see change as an opportunity to grow and become a better individual.

Personal and work experiences provide Laura with the tools to understand organisations’ dynamics, what motivation is and how it works and the role of leadership in the context of performance.

Laura continues her personal and professional enrichment and growth through readings, seminars, workshops and coaching supervision.
